PowerNet Global has agreed to reimburse the switching fees imposed by your LOCAL SERVICE COMPANY (i.e. Verizon, Bell South, SBC - Pac Bell, etc.). These will be the cost of switching your Interlata (long distance) and/or Intralata (local toll) services. Most Local Service Companies charge about $5.00 for switching the Interlata and about $2.50 for switching the Intralata.
You will need to wait until you receive your Local Phone bill that shows those switching fees on it. To receive the credit for these fees, call Power Net Global Customer Service, which is open 24/7, at 1 (800) 860-9495. At that time, request from the representative a CREDIT for the exact amount of those switching fees.
The representative will be HAPPY to assist you with the credit. You may be asked to send a copy of your Local Phone bill, showing the charges, into their office, either by mail or fax. The credit takes 1-2 billing cycles to show up on your bill.
