Follow these instructions to get this incredibly low rate: After you sign up for PowerNet Global services yourself, all you have to do is simply refer Three (3) new accounts who sign up for one or more of PowerNet Global's services. Once you've referred at least three accounts who've been approved, your account rate will be triggered to change to the lower rate.
