Were you referred by an existing customer? To qualify for our wonderful customer referral incentives, a new customer who signs up online MUST put the account number of the existing customer who the new customer has been referred by.
When referred by an existing customer, you must fill in an account number (i.e. SAV1111111) within the online application. The field within the online application is called the "Referring Customer Account".
A new customer signing up online will not trigger the referral credit for an existing customer unless their exact ten-digit PowerNet Global account number is place in this appropriate area.
