PowerNet Global can provide you with a feature called toll-free service.  A toll-free number is a number that begins with 1+ (800) or (888) or (877) or (866).  It is a service which allows anyone who you give your toll-free number to call you for FREE.  When they call you, you'll be charged, per minute for the call.

This service has a Low $1 monthly service fee per toll-free #.  You then only pay per minute for when you use the service.  The rates are described, below.  You may qualify to get even lower rates if you sign up for a Long Distance program, and you would then receive the same rate as your Long Distance Calls.
